The largest pipe diameter could reach upto 1,422mm, the max wall thickness is 40mm and the max grade is X100 with applied specifications of Steel Pipe for the Transportation of Petroleum and Gas: API 5L, ISO3183, GB/T9711 and meeting International Standards for the Pipeline Q/SY GJX 0104-2007 and pipes for other applications of ASTM A53 ASTM A500 JIS G 3444.

we are possessing two sets of technologically advanced internal and external coating production lines, which come with a fully equipped coating laboratory with comprehensive inspection programs.

The external coating line is able to carry out 3PE, 3PP, single layer coating, double layer coating, 2PE and other various anti-corrosive coating activities on pipes ranges from 323.9 to 1626 mm in diameter, and 8 to 18.5 m in length. The internal coating line can carry out internal anti corrosive coating and anti-resistant coating activities on pipes ranges from 508 to 1626 mm in diameter, and 8 to 18.5 m in length. The total annual production capacity of these two coating facilities are more than 3.6 million m2.
